Bill's second studio album, "By Request" was released in January of 2009. It came to be a collection of audience favorites, and consists of old Standards such as "Moon River", and the Porter classic, "Easy To Love", along with several Broadway favorites, including a "Phantom of the Opera" medley and selections from "Les Miserable".
